HOW MUCH BEEF TO EXPECT from ½ of a steer approximately:
2 Rump Roasts, 3 Tip Roasts, 10 Chuck Roasts, 12 - 14 Ribeyes, 6-8 T-Bone Steaks, 4 Porterhouse Steaks, 5 - 7 Sirloins, 5 – 7 Round Steaks, 4 packages of Short Ribs, Soup Bones/Marrow 7 - 8, 100 - 160 lbs. of lean burger.
An option to grind any of these cuts to burger or processed beef, such as summer sausage, hot dogs, or snack sticks, this would include an extra fee on top of the normal processing.
If you would like the Brisket, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, New York Strips or Tenderloins then some of the above cuts you would not get. These are the same areas of the steer just cut differently. Once we have your deposit, we will email you a cut sheet that you can mark exactly what you want for me. We are here to help every step of the way.
